Reporting Mechanisms
Anyone with concerns about misconduct or unethical activity within Jump for Joy Foundation, including board members, employees, volunteers, contractors, or partners, is encouraged to report those concerns directly to the Executive Director or the Board of Directors.
Confidentiality
All reports are treated as confidential to the fullest extent possible. Information is shared only when necessary to conduct a fair and complete investigation, in accordance with the law.
Non-Retaliation
Jump for Joy Foundation strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. Any attempt to retaliate will be investigated and may result in disciplinary action or removal.
Investigation Process
Every report is reviewed and investigated promptly. Investigations are conducted impartially, and corrective action is taken when wrongdoing is confirmed.
Protection of Whistleblowers
We are committed to protecting the identity of whistleblowers and maintaining their safety. Any effort to expose or retaliate against a whistleblower will result in disciplinary action.
Annual Reporting
An annual report is provided to the Board of Directors summarizing whistleblower reports, investigations, and outcomes. This ensures transparency and ongoing oversight.
Acknowledgment
All board members, employees, volunteers, and key partners receive a copy of this policy. Compliance is required as a condition of continued involvement with the organization.
Jump for Joy Foundation is committed to maintaining an environment built on trust, transparency, and accountability where everyone feels safe speaking up.
