How we communicate progress
Our donor communication strategy focuses on transparency, measurable impact, consistent updates, and authentic engagement through events, reports, and personalized outreach that keep supporters connected to the movement they help create.
Our donor relations strategies are built on five key principles:
- Radical Transparency: We are committed to openly sharing our progress, challenges, and outcomes with donors through honest, data-driven communication;
- Impact Reporting: We provide detailed reports showing measurable results, including BMI improvements, family participation rates, and national growth across our programs;
- Community Building: We host events such as the J.U.M.P. Conference and local Camp J.U.M.P. activations where donors can see firsthand the lives their support is changing;
- Digital Engagement: We maintain ongoing communication through newsletters, social media, and behind-the-scenes updates that highlight stories of impact and progress; and
- Direct Engagement: We prioritize personal outreach and recognition to ensure every donor feels valued, informed, and part of the Jump for Joy family.
