Programs Evaluation

How we assess our initiatives' efficacy

We assess each initiative by measuring real health outcomes, analyzing data to guide improvement, and determining how effectively every program moves us closer to ending childhood obesity.

The performance of our initiatives are evaluated against the following four criteria:

  1. Measurable Outcomes: We track quantifiable results such as BMI improvement, activity levels, nutrition habits, and confidence growth;
  2. Data Supported: We analyze program data to determine impact and guide decisions on scaling, funding, and improvement;
  3. Opportunities for Improvement: We review each program to identify ways to strengthen engagement, efficiency, and outcomes;
  4. Mission Alignment: We measure how effectively every initiative contributes to our goal of reducing childhood obesity through education, movement, and mindset.
